"Zebra" pie


Note.
Sour cream with more than 15% fat. is not recomended because of too thick glaze.
Сomposition
Pastry:
Eggs - 5 pieces.,
Sugar - 360 g,
Butter - 100 g,
Sour cream - 200 g,
Flour - 250 g,
Soda - 1/3 tsp.,
Baking powder - 1 tsp.,
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoon,
Hazelnut or walnut - 70 g
Chocolate glaze 
Sour cream - 2 tablespoon ,
Butter - 50 g,
Sugar - 3 tablespoon ,
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoon
How to

Cake
Mix softened butter and a half pound of sugar (180 g)

Shake up eggs with the remaining sugar (180 g) by electric mixer in another bowl.
Pour oil mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
Add soda and baking pouder  to sour cream, mix well. Add sour cream to main  mixture.
Add  flour to the mixture, mix well.
Divide dough into 2 equal parts.
Add cocoa powder to one part.
Put 2 tablespoons of ligh dough to the center of form.
Put 2 tablespoons of dark dough to the center of  ligh dough .
Put all dough to the form alternating layers like first ones.
Cake bake ~ 45-60 minutes in preheated to ~ 170-180 ° C oven.
If you want, you could also do cream for this cake
Cream ingredients: 250 ml fat sour cream and 0,5 glass  of sugar. 
Chocolate glaze
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, put on a small fire. Mix well and cook until the sugar is dissolved.
Cool glaze and put on cake.
